基于职业动机理论提升校本培训有效性

摘要 当前的校本培训往往偏重于知识建构,过于强调科学设计,相对忽视了对教师内在需求、自我实现等重要意义的关注,导致了教师参与校本培训的动力不足。在职业动机理论的视野下开展校本培训研究,是基层学校提高校本培训有效性的一种新思路。本文以职业动机理论模型为基础,从激发教师职业动机、满足教师内在需求的角度出发,唤醒教师自主发展意识,实现教师自我学习的掌控,切实提高校本培训效益。
