摘要
目的 探讨微信联合问卷星平台在血透护理培训中的应用效果。方法 自2017年6月开始使用微信联合问卷星平台作为护士培训考核的工具,根据时间分为两组:2017年6月至2018年3月为观察组,2016年7月至2017年5月为对照组。对照组使用传统的培训及考核方式,观察组由科室培训组组建微信联合问卷星平台管理团队,培训组安排每月业务学习内容,每次业务学习后将业务学习内容上传至微信群,每位临床责任护士在工作中发现或存在的问题均可通过视频、图片等方式发微信群供全体成员学习及讨论。培训组组长微信会诊后给予解决方案。每月底由培训组运用问卷星设计问卷进行考核、汇总及分析。结果 与对照组相比,观察组首次考核达标率升高(P<0.001),理论考核答题用时显著减少(P<0.001)。观察组理论考核首次达标率在N0级(P<0.001)和N1级(P<0.001)护士中显著高于对照组。结论 微信平台和问卷星作为新型网络工具,方便、快捷,节省人力资源,可激发护理人员对业务学习的积极性,提高培训效率,在护理培训中具有借鉴意义。
Objective To evaluate the effect of WeChat and Wenjuanxing platform on hemodialysis nursing training.Methods Since June,2017,WeChat and Wejuanxing platform have been used as tools for nurse training assessment.According to time,the control group was from July,2016 to May,2017 and took traditional training and assessment methods;and the observation group was from June,2017 to March,2018.In the observation group,a WeChat combining Wenjuanxing platform management team was established;the training team arranged the content of monthly business learning,and uploaded the content to the WeChat platform after each business study;and each clinically responsible nurse could uploaded the problems discovered or existed at work to the WeChat platform through videos,pictures,etc.for learning and discussion.The team leader gave a solution after the WeChat consultation.At the end of each month,the team used the design questionnaire to conduct assessment,summary,and analysis.Results Compared with those in the control group,the first passing rate was higher and the theoretical examine time was significantly shorter in the observation group(both P<0.001).The first passing rates of theoretical examination were significantly higher in N0(P<0.001)and N1 level(P<0.001)nurses in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusions As new network tools,Wechat and Wenjuanxing platform are convenient and fast,and can save nurses’time.The new nursing training tools stimulate nurses enthusiasm for professional study.At the same time,they improve the effectiveness of training,which can be widely available for clinical nursing training.
