摘要
电力建设企业集团的工商事项管理工作是一项复杂、繁琐的系统工程。工商事项管理工作与电力建设企业转型升级发展涉及的市场开拓、合资合作、上市发债等工作息息相关。文章从分析电力建设企业集团工商事项管理存在的问题出发,提出了电力建设企业集团工商事项管理的系统化工作构想和策略。
The business and industry matters management of large-scale power construction enterprise groups is a complex and cumbersome system engineering, which is closely related to the market development, joint venture and cooperation, listing and issuing bonds of power construction enterprises. Based on the analysis of the problems of business and industry matters management of large power construction enterprise groups, this paper puts forward the systemization working conception and strategy of business and industry matters management of large-scale power construction enterprise groups.
