摘要
本文测试了不同再生粗骨料掺量和再生粗骨料处理的混凝土质量损失率、弹性模量、抗压强度和抗折强度等基本抗冻性能指标,分析了再生粗骨料掺量和骨料处理对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:1)再生混凝土的质量和弹性模量损失随再生骨料掺量的增大而增大;2)混凝土的抗冻性能基本呈现出随冻融循环次数的增大而降低的现象;3)包浆处理可以有效提高混凝土的抗冻性能,整形处理次之,饱水处理再次之。
Concrete samples with different regenerated coarse aggregate content and treatment methods were prepared. The basic antifreeze performance indexes, such as mass loss rate, elastic modulus, compressive strength and flexural strength, were tested. The influence of regenerated coarse aggregate content and treatment on the antifreeze performance of concrete was analyzed. The results show that: 1) The mass and elastic modulus loss of recycled concrete increases with the increase of recycled aggregate content. 2) The frost resistance of concrete basically decreases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycle times. 3) Slurry treatment can effectively improve the frost resistance of concrete, followed by plastic treatment and water saturation treatment.
