摘要
目的 探讨分析柴胡桂枝干姜汤配合脐疗治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果。方法 选取2015年1月—2018年5月本院消化内科收治的108例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予柴胡桂枝干姜汤配合脐疗治疗,对照组给予西药常规治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后IBS-SSS、IBS-QOL评分。结果 观察组患者总有效率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者BS-SSS、IBS-QOL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者IBS-SSS评分下降更显著,IBS-QOL评分上升更显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡桂枝干姜汤配合脐疗治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To study the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with navel therapy on the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: 108 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group was given Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with umbilical treatment and the control group received routine treatment with western medicine. The clinical effect, clinical symptom relief time and IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL scores before and after treatment were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the BS-SSS and IBS-QOL scores between the two groups before treatment ( P >0.05). After treatment, the IBS-SSS score of the patients in the observation group decreased more significant and the IBS-QOL score increased more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with umbilical treatment for diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome can significantly improve clinical effect, clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.
