摘要
目的分析改良式胬肉切除术治疗翼状胬肉对眼部美观的影响。方法回顾分析2015年4月-2018年1月在该院接受治疗的翼状胬肉患者68例的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组33例,采用单纯胬肉切除术,研究组35例采用改良式胬肉切除术,总结分析两种治疗方式对眼部美观的影响。结果研究组痊愈率32例(91.4%)高于对照组24例(72.7%),但与对照组比较差异无无统计学意义(χ^2=2.821,P>0.05),研究组复发率3例(8.6%)低于对照组13例(27.3%),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.411,P<0.05)。结论改良式胬肉切除术治疗翼状胬肉能够降低复发率,减少反复手术对眼表的损伤,进而降低反复发生造成的眼部美观缺陷,具有应用的价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified pterygium excision on the esthetic appearance of pterygium. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with pterygium who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and study group. The 33 cases in the control group were treated with simple pterygium excision surgery. The 35 cases in the study group were treated with modified pterygium resection. The effects of two treatment methods on the esthetic appearance of eyes were summarized and analyzed. Results The recovery rate of the study group was 32 cases(91.4%), which was higher than that of control group(24 cases, accounting for 72.7%). But the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=2.821, P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was 3 cases(8.6%), which was lower than that of control group(13 cases, accounting for27.3%). And the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.411, P<0.05). Conclusion Modified pterygium excision for the treatment of pterygium can reduce the recurrence rate and repeated eye injury surgery, and thus reduce the recurrence of the eye caused by aesthetic defects. It has application value.
