摘要
整体节点由于存在大量焊缝,在往复荷载作用下,往往会引起疲劳问题。目前,对整体节点疲劳性能的研究仅限于某一特定工程的验证性试验,缺乏系统性的疲劳寿命评估方法的研究。详细介绍了热点应力法、有效缺口应力法和局部应变法的分析过程和适用范围,并结合一种简化焊接试件的疲劳试验,分别采用这几种方法对整体节点的疲劳寿命进行了分析。在此基础上,将分析结果与试验数据、相关规范进行对比,发现热点应力法和有效缺口应力法均能在一定程度上预测疲劳寿命的变化趋势,二者计算结果相似,但对实际工程偏危险,局部应力应变法能提供较理想的疲劳寿命预测。
Due to the presence of many welds,the joint may have fatigue problems under cyclic loading.At present,the research on fatigue behavior of integral joint is concentrated on the verification test of a certain engineering project.However,there is little research on systematic fatigue life prediction.In the paper,the analysis procedure and the scope of hot spot approach,the effective notch stress method and local strain approach are introduced in details.Based on a simplified fatigue test on welded specimens,these approaches are applied to analyze the fatigue life of integral joints.In addition,the analysis results are compared with test data and relevant codes.It is found that hot spot approach and effective notch stress method can predict the trend of fatigue life to some extent,and the calculated values are similar but non-conservative for engineering.However,local strain approach can provide a good prediction.
