摘要
近年来,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,政府投资项目的建设规模正不断扩大。如何保障国有资金的合理分配,提高政府投资的有效性,已成为政府投资项目过程中急需关注的焦点问题之一。文章以GG全民健身中心二期工程政府投资项目的各阶段造价管理为例,介绍在项目建设的全过程中,建设单位如何更好地实施工程造价管理,为今后类似政府性投资项目的造价管理提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the construction scale of government investment projects is continuously expanding. How to ensure the reasonable allocation of stateowned funds and improve the effectiveness of government investment has become one of the focus issues in the process of government investment projects. This paper introduces how to better implement the project cost management in the whole process of project implementation by taking the cost management of the second phase government-invested project of GG national fitness center as an example, which provides a reference for the cost management of similar government-invested projects in the future.
