循环流化床炉膛颗粒浓度分布和循环流率实验研究

Experimental Study on Solids Suspension Density Distribution and Solids Circulating Rate in A CFB

摘要 在高度为10m循环流化床冷态试验台上,采用差压法和积料法分别测定流化床炉膛颗粒浓度分布和物料循环流率,研究不同颗粒物料、在不同气流速度炉内颗粒浓度分布特性和循环流率规律。研究表明循环流化床颗粒浓度沿炉膛高度方向呈现先急剧降低后缓慢减小的规律。对于一定的颗粒物料,炉膛气流速度(截面速度)决定了炉膛稀相区区域物料浓度和和循环流化床锅炉的固体物料循环流率。 Experimental studies are conducted for different particles operation characters and solid circulating rate in the cold circulating fluidized bed(CFB)test with a riser height of 10 m. The solids suspension density distribution and solid circulating rate are measured by the pressure difference method and the particle stack method. Distribution characteristics of particle concentration and solid circulating rates are discussed in particle material and airflow velocity terms. The results show that the solids suspension density distribution decreases rapidly at first, and then decreases laxly with the increasing height in the CFB. For a certain particle material, the solid circulating rates and solids density at the up furnace part lean-phase zone are determined by furnace particle velocity.
