摘要 采用密闭还原熔炼工艺处理含铜电镀污泥,产出黑铜,并回收锌等有价金属。详细介绍了工艺流程的选择、设计、主要工艺设备的选择和主要技术指标,相比传统鼓风炉熔炼工艺更加环保、节能。 The copper-contained electroplating sludge was treated by the Closed reduction smelting process, and black copper was produced, and valuable metals such as zinc were recovered. The selection, design, main process equipment and main technical indexes of the process are introduced in detail, which has a great advantage over the traditional fire process on environment and energy efficient.
