摘要
为了规范、加强科研试剂耗材的采购管理,我院针对其特点设计集中采购方式。通过一年多集中采购实施情况来看,这种采购方式遏制了采购金额快速上涨的趋势,实现了降低采购成本、加强供应商管理、保证产品质量等预期效果。随着集中采购方式在我院的持续开展,预计将为医院节省大量的人力物力成本。
To standardize and improve the management of research reagents and consumables purchasing in hospital, we adopted the centralized purchasing method in practical purchasing process. Based on more than one year of the centralized purchasing result, this purchasing mode achieved the expected effect that keeping within limits purchase amount’s up-trend, reducing the purchase costs, strengthening the supplier management and ensuring the product quality. With the development of the centralized purchasing, our hospital will save large amount of manpower and material costs.
