摘要
目的探讨McDonald子宫颈环扎术治疗辅助生殖孕妇宫颈功能不全的疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2017年6月本院收治的84例辅助生殖的宫颈功能不全患者作为研究对象,42例未进行预防性环扎的患者纳入对照组,42例进行McDonald子宫颈环扎术的患者纳入观察组,比较两组患者的妊娠结局及围产儿情况。结果观察组患者手术均顺利完成,术后未发生严重阴道感染、出血等并发症。观察组患者分娩率和足月分娩率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),早产率和晚期流产率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05),妊娠终止时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿体重、Apgar评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论预防性McDonald子宫颈环扎术治疗辅助生殖孕妇宫颈功能不全的效果显著,能够显著提高足月分娩率,降低早产率,有效改善妊娠结局和新生儿结局。
Objective To explore the application value of McDonald cervix cerclage in the treatment of cervical incompetence of reproductive pregnancy.Method 84 patients with cervical dysfunction admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects.42 patients without prophylactic cerclage were selected as control group,42 patients undergowent McDonald cerclage were selected as observation group.The pregnancy outcomes and perinatal infant of the two groups were compared.Result The operation of observation group was completed successfully,and there was no severe vaginal infection and bleeding after the operation.The delivery rate and full-term delivery rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P < 0.05),and the premature delivery rate and late abortion rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P < 0.05).The termination time of pregnancy in observation group was significantly longer than that in control group (P < 0.05).The neonatal weight and Apgar score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P < 0.05).Conclusion Preventive McDonald cervical cerclage is effective in the treatment of cervical dysfunctions of assisted reproductive women.It can significantly improve the delivery rate of newborns,reduce the rate of premature delivery,and effectively improve pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes.
