摘要
目的观察热敏灸配合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将78例胃食管反流性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采用口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊和莫沙比利分散片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用热敏灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后咳嗽严重程度(cough severity score, CSS)评分、反流性疾病问卷(reflux diagnostic questionnaire, RDQ)评分及莱塞斯特咳嗽问卷(the Leicester cough questionnaire, LCQ)各项评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.5%,对照组为78.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后CSS评分、RDQ评分及LCQ各项评分(生理、心理、社会)与同组治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CSS评分、RDQ评分及LCQ中生理、心理领域评分与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸配合质子泵抑制剂是一种治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive point moxibustion plus proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in treating gastroesophageal reflux-related chronic cough (GERC). Method Seventy-eight patients with GERC were randomized into treatment and control groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by taking omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and Mosa Billy dispersible tablets, while the treatment group was additionally given heat-sensitive point moxibustion. Cough severity score (CSS), reflux diagnostic questionnaire (RDQ) score and the Leicester cough questionnaire (LCQ) score in the two groups were observed before and at the end of the treatment, and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Result The total efficacy rate was 89.5% in the treatment group and 78.4% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The CSS score, RDQ score and LCQ score all showed a significant change after the treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). After the treatment, The CSS score, RDQ score and LCQ score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Heat-sensitive point moxibustion plus PPI is an effective method in treating GERC.
