摘要
介绍了赤泥的主要成分、堆存现状及存在的问题,阐述了赤泥脱硫、脱硝及同步脱硫脱硝的机理等方面的国内外进展研究,并对赤泥脱硫脱硝的方式及工业化应用作了综述。对比分析了赤泥浆液脱硫、赤泥附液脱硫、赤泥脱硫剂脱硫、赤泥基催化剂脱硫及赤泥基催化剂脱硝这五种不同方法各自的优缺点,总结认为赤泥分别对H2S、SO2、NOx均有良好的去除效率,但同步去除H2S、SO2、NOx等酸性气体的研究报道较少,而且赤泥堆存及排放对环境有着持续性负面影响,提出赤泥同步脱硫脱硝是今后赤泥用于废气净化的新方向。
The main components,stacking status and existing problems of red mud were introduced. The domestic and international progress research on red mud desulfurization,denitrification and synchronous desulfurization and denitrification mechanism were expounded. The methods and industrial application of red mud desulfurization and denitrification were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of the five different methods including red mud slurry desulfurization,red mud liquid desulfurization,red mud desulfurization agent desulfurization,red mud based catalyst desulfurization and red mud based catalyst denitrification were compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the red mud has good removal efficiency for H2S,SO2 and NO x respectively,but there are few reports on the synchronous removal of acid gases such as H2S,SO2,NOx . And red mud stockpiles and emissions have a continuing negative impact on the environment. It is proposed that the red mud synchronous desulfurization and denitrification is a new direction of red mud for waste gas purification in the future.
