摘要
电解加工涉及到多系统控制,系统集成的方案很大意义决定了电解加工系统的可靠性。为了实现对电解加工的有效控制,提出了以西门子840D sl数控系统为核心的电解加工系统集成方案,通过将各个分散、独立的电解加工子系统集成到一个统一的软硬件平台上,实现各系统之间的联动、互动和数据共享。
Electrolytic machining involves multi-system control,and the system integration scheme greatly determines the reliability of the electrolytic machining system.In order to realize the effective control of electrolytic processing,this paper proposes an integrated solution of electrolytic processing system based on Siemens 840D sl numerical control system.By integrating each discrete and independent electrolytic processing subsystem into a unified software and hardware platform,each system is realized.Linkage,interaction and data sharing.
