摘要
目的评估身痛逐瘀汤与针灸并用对坐骨神经痛的治疗效果。方法从天津市武清区中医医院急诊科选择100例坐骨神经痛患者,分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用身痛逐瘀汤治疗,观察组则采用身痛逐瘀汤联合针灸治疗,比较分析2组的治疗效果。结果观察组的临床治疗效果(94. 00%)远比对照组(80. 00%)高,且P <0. 05。结论坐骨神经痛患者给予身痛逐瘀汤与针灸进行治疗,不仅能有效缓解患者疼痛程度,而且还能改善其下肢疼痛情况,临床治疗具有较高的安全性与有效性。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on sciatica.Methods 100 cases of sciatica were divided into control group and observation group from the emergency department of Wuqing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction,and the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical effect of the observation group(94.00%)was significant higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on sciatica can not only relieve the pain degree of sciatica patients,but also can improve the lower limb pain,and it has higher safety and effectiveness.
