摘要
目的:建立不同产地黄芩片、酒黄芩的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其进行主成分分析和聚类分析,为不同产地黄芩饮片的质量分析与标准化控制奠定基础。方法:运用HPLC法建立黄芩片和酒黄芩的指纹图谱,并采用主成分分析和聚类分析法对测定结果进行相关特征分析。结果:建立了16个厂家19批黄芩片的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了19个共有峰,得到5个主成分峰,聚成3类;并建立了8个厂家10批酒黄芩的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了19个共有峰,得到3个主成分峰,聚成3类。结论:结合主成分分析和聚类分析法建立的黄芩片、酒黄芩HPLC指纹图谱稳定可靠,可为黄芩片、酒黄芩的质量评价提供参考。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix from different habitats,and to evaluate by principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis,in order to lay the foundation for quality analysis and standardization control of Scutellaria baicalensis decoction pieces.Methods:HPLC analysis was employed to establish the fingerprints of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix from different habitats,PCA and cluster analysis were used to analysis of the relationship.Results:The HPLC fingerprints of Scutellariae Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix from nineteen batch numbers of sixteen manufacturers respectively and ten batch numbers of eight manufacturers were established and the common peaks were identified,five and three principal component peaks were determined,respectively.All the peaks from two habitats were classified into three categories,respectively.Conclusion:Combined with PCA and cluster analysis,the HPLC fingerprints of Scutellaria Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix are stable and reliable,and can provide reference for the quality evaluation for Scutellaria Radix and Wine Scutellariae Radix.
