摘要
为满足日益严格的油耗法规,采用高滚流改善燃烧效率已成为各汽油机制造厂家一项重要的举措。提出了提高GDI汽油机进气道滚流比的关键影响参数和近似权重,使进气道设计更加量化、简单化,利用CFD仿真分析进气道性能,用数控加工中心加工气道芯盒,进行实际的气道试验验证。试验结果表明,利用关键影响参数和近似权重表设计不同方案,结合CFD分析和气道芯盒试验验证方法,可快速完成设计目标,缩短开发周期,对高滚流比进气道的设计具有重要的指导意义。
To meet the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations, high tumble ratio on improving burning rate has become the essential measures of all OEMs. In this paper, a form of the key influencing parameters and approximate weight factors to improve the tumble ratio of GDI gasoline engine are proposed to design the intake port more quantitative and simplistic. The CFD method was used to simulate intake port performance, and the flow box of intake port was processed by CNC machining center to validate the actual performance. The test results show that the design goals and the shortened development cycle can be completed by using different proposals from the form of key influencing parameters and approximate weights, combining with CFD analysis and flow box test validation, which is significant for high tumble ratio intake port design.
