摘要
坚持以学生为中心、提高本科教育质量是新时代我国高等教育的迫切使命。高校建立ISO9001质量管理体系,全面贯彻"以学生为中心"的教育理念,是提高人才培养质量的有力保证。广州航海学院实施ISO9001质量管理体系二十年,以学生为中心,改革创新人才培养模式和教学管理制度,形成系统化、规范化、标准化的内部质量保障体系,提高了人才培养质量,实现与国际接轨,为高校建立"以学生为中心"导向的内部质量保障体系提供了借鉴。
It is an urgent mission for China’s higher education to insist on student-centeredness principle and to improve the quality of undergraduate education in the new era.The establishment of ISO9001 quality management system in colleges and universities and the comprehensive implementation of the"student-centered"educational concept are the powerful guarantee to improve the quality of talent cultivation.Guangzhou Maritime University has implemented ISO9001 quality management system for twenty years,adhering to the student-centeredness principle,keeping on the reform and innovation of the mode of talents cultivation and the system of teaching management,forming a systematic,standardized and normalized internal quality assurance system,which helps improve the quality of talents cultivation,to realize international standards,and to provide a reference for colleges and universities to set up a"student-centered"internal quality assurance system.
