摘要
目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年5月间收治DPN患者78例为研究对象。采用随机数字双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予前列地尔注射液+甲钴胺片治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组治疗前后胫总神经、正中神经传导速度、DPN症状积分及临床疗效。结果两组治疗前胫总神经、正中神经传导速度及TCSS评分比较差异无统计学意义;两组治疗后胫总神经、正中神经传导速度均明显升高,TCSS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胫总神经、正中神经传导速度均高于对照组,TCSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率89.74%(35/39)明显高于对照组69.13%(27/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子可显著提高DPN患者胫总神经、正中神经传导速度,降低DPN患者TCSS评分,临床疗效确切,用药安全,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rat nerve growth factor in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 78 patients with DPN in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random digits double blind method, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Alprostadil Injection plus Mecobalamin Tablets. The rats in the observation group were treated with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group. The tibial nerve, median nerve conduction velocity, DPN symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the conduction velocity of tibial common nerve, median nerve and TCSS score between the two groups before treatment;after treatment, the conduction velocity of tibial common nerve and median nerve both increased significantly, and the TCSS score decreased significantly (P<0.05);after treatment, the conduction velocity of tibial common nerve and median nerve in the observation group were all high (P<0.05). In the control group, TCSS scores were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74%(35/39) significantly higher than that of the control group 69.13%(27/39)(P<0.05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor can significantly improve the conduction velocity of tibial common nerve and median nerve in DPN patients, and reduce the TCSS score of DPN patients. It has a definite clinical effect and is safe to use.
