摘要
对山西正善矿2201工作面煤层赋存、顶底板情况进行分析,结合工作面的采煤方法及回采工艺,设计了交错式超前支护装置进行超前支护,并对支护强度、移架力进行了验算。最后采用ADINA有限元对控顶效果进行模拟。结果表明,巷道围岩能得到有效控制,装置的安全、高效等性能得到了体现。
Based on the analysis of coal seam occurrence, roof and floor condition of 2201 working face in Zhengshan Coal Mine of Shanxi, combined with mining method and mining technology of working face, this paper designed staggered advance support device for advance support, and checked support strength and support moving force. Finally, ADINA finite element method was used to simulate the roof control effect. The results show that the surrounding rock of roadway can be effectively controlled, and the safety and efficiency of the device can be embodied.
