摘要
备用容量是保障电网可靠运行的重要基础之一,发展海上风电需要研究海上风电并网时对系统所需备用容量的影响。首先研究了沿岸陆上风速和海上风速之间的转化关系,然后建立了风电场并网时系统所需增加的备用容量模型,最后对比了海上和陆上风电并网时对系统备用容量的需求,验证了所提模型和结论的有效性。结果表明,相对于沿岸陆上、海上风电场对系统备用容量的影响较小,且在风速波动性较小时,海上风电并网可以相对增加系统的可靠性。
Reserve capacity is an important basis for ensuring the reliable operation of grid. To develop offshore wind power,the impact of grid integration of offshore wind power on the reserve capacity required by the system should be studied. First,the transformation relation between the coastal onshore and offshore wind speeds is investigated. Then, the model of additional reserve capacity required by the system during the integration of wind farm is established. On this basis,the requirements of system reserve capacity by offshore and onshore wind farms are compared,which veri. fies the validity of the proposed model and the corresponding conclusion. Results show that compared with the coastal onshore wind farm,the offshore wind farm has less influence on the system reserve capacity;when the fluctuation of wind speed is relatively small,the integration of offshore wind farm can improve the system reliability.
