摘要
目的探讨个性化护理指导对糖尿病周围神经病变患者遵医行为,空腹、餐后2h及睡前血糖,护理服务满意度的影响。方法选取2017年7月~2018年7月我院收治的DPN患者82例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组41例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理基础上根据患者病情的特点、饮食、运动习惯、文化层次等实施个性化的护理指导,包括访谈式的心理疏导,个性化的饮食、运动、睡眠指导、足部护理、血糖监测,比较两者的遵医行为,空腹和餐后2h及睡前血糖,护理服务满意度。结果研究组的遵医行为及血糖控制明显优于对照组,护理服务满意度明显提高。结论个性化护理指导可以提高患者的遵医行为,明显降低患者的空腹和餐后2h及睡前血糖,提高护理服务满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing guidance on compliance behavior,fasting,2 hours postprandial and pre-sleep blood glucose,and satisfaction of nursing service of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 82 DPN patients in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,each group had 41 cases.The control group was given routine nursing model.On the basis of routine nursing,the study group was given individualized nursing guidance according to the patient’s disease characteristics,diet,exercise habits and cultural level,etc.Individualized nursing guidance included interview psychological counseling,personalized diet,exercise,sleep guidance,foot care,blood glucose monitoring.The compliance behavior,fasting and 2 hours postprandial and pre-sleep blood glucose,and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compliance behavior and blood glucose control in the study group were significantly better than the control group,and nursing service satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion Individualized nursing guidance can improve patients’ compliance behavior,significantly reduce patients’ fasting and 2 hours postprandial and pre-sleep blood glucose,and improve nursing service satisfaction.
