Sn掺杂KIT-6分子筛的合成及其纤维素水解反应性能

Synthesis of Sn doped KIT-6 zeolites and their catalytic performance in cellulose hydrolysis

摘要 以软模板辅助水热技术制备Sn掺杂KIT-6分子筛,利用SEM、BET、XRD等表征技术研究了合成材料的物理化学特性。实验结果表明,催化剂的比表面积为923 m^2/g,具有较为规整的球形外貌;元素分布测试结果显示,掺杂的Sn元素在催化剂表面均匀分布。制备的Sn-KIT-6催化剂在纤维素水解反应中表现出较高的催化活性,葡萄糖、乳酸、5-羟甲基糠醛的总选择性达39%,可以实现纤维素一步法制高值化学品。 Sn doped KIT-6 zeolites were successfully prepared by soft-template assisted hydrothermal method.The physicochemical properties of the as-prepared materials were studied by SEM,BET,XRD.The results showed that the catalyst had a specific surface area up to 923 m 2/g and an uniform sphere morphology.The result of elements distributions showed that Sn element was homogeneously covered over the surface of catalyst.The Sn-KIT-6 catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic ability in the hydrolysis of hydrolysis and the total selectivity of glucose,lactic acid and HMF was as high as 39%.These results would give a highlight on the preparation of value-added chemicals from renewable cellulose via one-pot.
