氟树脂的制备及其在冷轧板的表面性能 被引量:2

Preparation of fluorine resin and its surface properties on cold rolled sheet

摘要 制备了一种涂覆于冷轧板表面的氟树脂,并通过滚涂的方式将其涂覆于冷轧板表面,于120℃烘干使其在冷轧板表面形成一层树脂膜;通过FT-IR、SEM、TGA、电化学工作站(EIS、Tafel)等方法对树脂膜进行形貌结构表征和耐腐蚀性能测试;研究了丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸异冰片酯的不同配比对树脂膜性能的影响。结果表明,含氟丙烯酸酯质量分数为20%、巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷为0.5%、丙烯酸丁酯为3%、丙烯酸异冰片酯为3%、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为0.7%和偶氮二异丁氰为0.3%时,氟树脂涂膜于冷轧板上时会在冷轧板上形成一层光滑均匀连续的膜,该树脂膜与板之间具有较强的附着力,膜硬度为4 H,膜具有较好的疏水性和优良的耐腐蚀性。 A fluorine resin coated on the surface of cold rolling plate was prepared and the resin film on the surface of cold rolling plate was derived via coating the fluorine resin on the surface of cold rolling plate by rolling,which was further dried at 120℃.The morphologies,structures and corrosion resistance properties of the films were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,TGA and electrochemical workstation(EIS,Tafel).The effect of mass ratio of butyl acrylate to isobornyl acrylate on the properties of fluorine resin films was studied.The results showed that the smooth and uniform film was formed when coating the resin solution with 20%fluorine-containing acrylate,0.5%thiopropyl trimethoxysilane,3%butyl acrylate,3%isobornyl acrylate,0.7%methylallyl trimethoxysilane and 0.3%azodiisobutyl cyanide on the surface of cold rolling plate.The adhesion of the resin film and plate was strong and the rigidity of film was 4 H.The film had excellent hydrophobic ability and corrosion resistance.
