摘要
目的探究微信延续护理对于乳腺癌改良根治术患者术后影响。方法选取我院2016年6月—2018年月6月进行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者72例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,均36例患者,分别予以常规出院指导、常规出院指导+微信延续护理,比较出院后6个月生命质量及满意度评分。结果观察组患者生命质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者开展改良根治术患者采用微信延续护理,能有效改善患者心理状态,并提升术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat continuous nursing on breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy. Methods Seventy-two patients with breast cancer who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. All 36 patients were given routine discharge guidance, routine discharge guidance and WeChat continuous nursing respectively. The quality of life and satisfaction score of 6 months after discharge were compared. Results The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous Wechat nursing for breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy can effectively improve their psychological state and improve their quality of life.
