摘要
文章就市场中使用膨化设备生产成犬粮与幼犬粮的结果差异性进行详细的阐述。从配方结构的不同分析了蛋白含量对于膨化参数SME的影响,发现非功能性蛋白含量的提升,会带来SME的提升,而同样的设备进行生产高蛋白含量的宠物幼犬粮,则必须面对产量降低的结果。通过对比试验,进行膨化机螺杆结构更改调整SME至合理区间,成功生产高蛋白含量的幼犬膨化宠物粮。
This paper discussed in detail on the differences of extruded adult and puppy petfood.Analyzed the effect of protein content on the SME,the increase of non-functional protein would increase the SME,and such action would decrease the capacity if same equipment was used for production of extruded high-protein puppy petfood.Through the onsite contrast tests,successfully produced high-protein puppy petfood by adjusting the screw profile to the reasonable SME region.
