摘要 本文设计了一种以电流峰值控制芯片UC3844为核心的反激式开关电源,主要用于煤矿电气设备的辅助电源供电。辅助电源输入电压范围为DC250 V-DC750 V,输出电压为DC5 V。文中介绍了辅助电源工作原理及其外围电路设计,给出了辅助电源设计方案及部分电路参数的计算。实现了输入电压宽范围,输出电压稳定,同时电源具有过流、过压保护功能。该辅助电源适合煤矿宽电压范围输入,低电压输出的工况特性。实验波形表明,在宽输入电压的范围(如200 V-800 V)内,辅助电源输出电压始终为5V,证明所设计的辅助电源的正确性与可靠性,适合在煤矿电气设备上应用推广。 In this paper,a flyback switching power supply with current peak control chip UC3844 as the core is designed,which is mainly used for auxiliary power supply of coal mine electrical equipment.The auxiliary power supply input voltage range is DC250V-DC750V,and the output voltage is DC5V.The working principle of the auxiliary power supply and its peripheral circuit design are introduced in the paper.The design of the auxiliary power supply and the calculation of some circuit parameters are given.A wide range of input voltages is achieved,the output voltage is stable,and the power supply has overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.The auxiliary power supply is suitable for the wide voltage range input of the coal mine,and the working condition characteristics of the low voltage output.The auxiliary power supply is suitable for the wide voltage range input of the coal mine and the working condition characteristics of the low voltage output.The experimental waveforms show that the output voltage of the auxiliary power supply is always 5V in the range of wide input voltage(such as 200V-800V),which proves the correctness and reliability of the designed auxiliary power supply,which is suitable for application and promotion in coal mine electrical equipment.
