摘要
目的探讨专职随访对直肠癌造口患者出院后自我护理能力的影响。方法便利抽样选取2015年1月至2017年3月山西某三级甲等医院肿瘤科住院治疗的直肠癌患者84例将其随机分成干预组和对照组各42例。对照组患者行出院常规护理,干预组由专职随访护士登记患者资料,出院后由专职随访护理人员进行随访和指导。在出院前和出院12个月时采用自制的疾病知识掌握调査表和自我护理能力测定量表对两组患者相关指标进行测量。结果干预组与对照组最终完成研究的人数分别为39人与38人。出院12月后,干预组患者疾病知识总分以及除造口袋更换外其余维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组自我护理能力得分、自我概念、自护技能、自护责任感、健康知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专职随访可提升直肠癌造口患者出院后的疾病知识掌握水平及自我护理能力,并进而有助于改善其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of professionals follow-up on the self-care ability of patients with rectal cancer stoma after discharge. Methods By convenience sampling method, 84 rectal cancer patients hospitalized in the oncology department of a tertiary first-class hospital in Shanxi Province from January 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control groupwith 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing after discharge, while patients in the inlervention group were registered, followed-up and guided by full-time follow-up nur- ses before and after discharge. The self-made disease knowledge acquisition questionnaire and self-care ability measurement scale were used to measure the two groups within 2 days of discharge and 12 months after discharge. Results The number of people who completed the study in the intervention group and the control group was 39 and 38,respectively. After 12 months of discharge,the disease knowledge scores and the exception of pocket replacement of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group. the difference was significant (P<0. 05). The scores of self-care ability.self-concept, self-care skills, self-care responsibility and health knowledge in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Professionals follow-up is effective in improving the knowledge level and selfcare ability of rectal cancer patients,thus improves the patient's quality of life.
