摘要
为探讨观赏海棠叶色和花色的变化规律,挖掘其特异种质,利用NF555色差仪对29份观赏海棠品种生长季内不同时期的叶色和花色参数进行测定。结果表明:观赏海棠初叶期叶色较淡,比成熟期叶色丰富,随着叶片生长,叶色趋于稳定。花苞期和花末期花色色系复杂,花苞期花色尤为丰富,盛花期花色逐渐稳定统一。基于不同时期叶色和花色参数分析,在叶片成熟过程中,冬红果、雪球、春雪叶色基本不变,粉芽、印第安魔力叶色变化幅度大;绿色系种质绿宝石、春雪、当娜叶绿色且纯正明亮。在开花过程中,湖北海棠、西府海棠、垂丝海棠花色相对稳定;粉屋顶、春雪、萨伊拉姆花色差异大。
In order to study the color variation of leaf and flower of ornamental crabapple at different periods,and explore the special germplasm of ornamental crabapple,the leaves and flowers of 29 ornamental crabapple cultivars were measured by NF555 color difference meter.The results showed that the color of the leaves at the initial leaf stage was lighter and more abundant than that in the mature leaf stage.The color of the leaves tended to be stable in the process of leaf growing.The flower color at the unfold-petal stage and flowering-wilting stage were more complicated.At first the flower color was more abundant at the unfold-petal stage,and then the flower color became stable and uniform at the full-flowering stage.Based on the parameters of the leaf and flower color at different periods,the varieties with stable leaf color during the mature period were Winter Red,Snow Drift,and Spring Snow.The leaf color of Pink Spire and Indian Magic changed greatly.The green germplasms of Green Begonia,Spring Snow and Donald Wyman had pure green leaves and their colors were brighter than other varieties.During the flowering stage,the flower color of M.hupehensis,M.micromalus ,and M.halliana was relatively stable.The flower color of Pink Roof,Sayram,and Spring Snow showed great difference.
