摘要
目的:探讨中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗幼儿胫腓骨骨折严重移位疗效观察。方法:选取本院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的幼儿胫腓骨骨折严重移位患者63例,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组32例与单纯组31例,单纯组患者采用微创手术治疗治疗,联合组采用中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗,对两组患者临床疗效进行分析统计。结果:单纯组患者31例,手术时间(68.92±5.42)min、出血量(25.42±4.12)min、住院时间(15.26±4.61)d;联合组患者32例,手术时间(68.73±5.67)min、出血量(25.97±4.33)mL、住院时间(19.79±4.98)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.976,P<0.05)。单纯组患者31例,骨折愈合时间(10.31±2.43)月;联合组患者32例,骨折愈合时间(17.28±3.72),差异有统计学意义(t=5.891,P<0.05)。单纯组患者31例,总有效率77.42%;联合组患者32例,总有效率96.88%。两组患者情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.376,P<0.05)。结论:中医正骨手法配合微创手术治疗幼儿胫腓骨骨折具有良好的临床疗效,可以明显改善患者的治疗时间与治疗效果,同时患者的并发症明显降低,值得在临床中推广。
Objectve:To investigate the effect of TCM orthopedics plus minimally invasive surgery on fracture of tibia and fibula with severe displacement.Methods:63 children in our hospital were divided into two groups.31 cases in the simple group were treated with minimally invasive surgery,and 32 cases in the combined group were treated with TCM orthopedics more.The efficacy was analyzed and statistically analyzed.Results:The operation time,blood loss,and length of hospital stay in the simple group were significantly different from those in the combination group (t=4.976,P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the simple group was shorter than that of the combination group (t=5.891,P<0.05).The total effective rate was 77.42% in the simple group,which was less than 96.88% in the combined group.The difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.376,P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM orthopedics plus minimally invasive surgery show a good clinical effect,which can significantly improve the treatment time and treatment effect of patients,and the complications of patients are significantly reduced,which is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
