摘要
目的:探讨升陷汤加减联合西药治疗对脑分水岭梗死的临床疗效。方法:随机将74例脑分水岭梗死(Cerebral Watershed Infarction,CWSI)患者分为治疗组37例和对照组37例,治疗组口服升陷汤加减合并常规西药治疗,对照组常规西药治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后第7、14、28天美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分较治疗前显著降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为83.78%,对照组治疗总有效率为64.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:升陷汤加减结合常规西药治疗CWSI对其近期神经功能改善有较好的作用。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of the Shengxian decoction (升陷汤) plus western medicine on cerebral watershed infarction.Methods:74 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (37 cases) and control group (37 cases).The treatment group was treated with the Shengxian decoction plus conventional western medicine;the control group was treated by western medicine. Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment of the 7th,14th and 28th day (P<0.05).The efficiency was 83.78% in the treatment group and 64.86% in the control group (P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the treatment group were lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shengxian decoction plus conventional western medicine on cerebral watershed infarction shows a good effect,can improve neurological function in the near future.
