摘要
重症肌无力(myasthenia gmvis,MG)是一种由自身产生乙酰胆碱受体抗体,使神经-肌肉接头处的突触后膜上的乙酰胆碱受体被破坏引起传递功能障碍的一种自身免疫性疾病。其发病机制至今尚未明确,且国内外暂无特效的治疗方法。随着中医药在重症肌无力临床治疗中不断取得良好的临床效果,长期的临床经验总结认为中药在缓解该病中独具优势。
Myasthenia gmvis(MG)is an autoimmune dysfunction caused by the destruction of acetylcholine receptors on the postsynaptic membrane at the neuro-muscle junction due to its own production of acetylcholine receptor antibodies.Its pathogenesis has not yet been clear,and there is no specific treatment at home and abroad.With the continuous improvement of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of myasthenia gravis,long-term clinical experience concluded that Chinese medicine plays a role in the relief of this disease and has unique advantages.
