摘要
按照股骨在站立位、膝关节先着地条件下进行分类,分析股骨在不同状态下的应力分布情况,并对股骨骨折的临床应用提供借鉴。利用MIMICS软件对志愿者股骨CT的DICOM数据进行三维重建模型,利用3-matic进行模型修复、光顺,利用有限元前处理软件SimLab进行有限元网格划分、并应用MIMICS基于股骨CT灰度值赋予材料属性,最后用ANSYSWorkbench结构静力学软件进行股骨应力模拟分析。计算结果表明股骨在站立位,应力主要集中在股骨的上中段,在膝关节着地时,股骨下段受力增大,且股踝间受力出现集中现象。计算结果说明不同受力状态下的股骨骨折的可能性。
According to the classification of femur in standing position and knee joint landing first, the stress distribution of femur in different states is analyzed, and the clinical application of femoral fracture is provided for reference. MIMICS software was used to reconstruct the DICOM data of volunteer femoral CT accurately in three dimensions. 3-matic software was used to repair and smooth the model. SimLab software was used to divide the finite element mesh, load the force, and MIMICS was used to assign material attributes based on the gray value of femoral CT. Finally, ANSYS WORKBENCH structural statics software was used to simulate and analyze the femoral stress. When the femur is standing, the stress mainly concentrates on the upper and middle part of the femur. When the knee joint touches the ground, the force on the lower part of the femur increases, and the force between the femur and ankle appears to be concentrated. It shows that different stress states determine the possibility of femoral fracture.
