摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定三氧化二锑中铅的含量。样品分别采用饱和酒石酸溶液、浓盐酸、氢氟酸3种消解体系溶解,在优化的实验条件下,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定。铅的质量浓度在0~2.0mg/L范围内与光谱强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,3种消解体系的方法检出限分别为0.0078,0.0087,0.0036mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.4%,0.9%,0.9%(n=6),加标回收率分别为96.2%~99.4%,96.7%~99.2%,97.6%~100.4%。该方法操作简单、准确,满足快速分析要求。
Determination of lead content in antimony trioxide by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The samples were dissolved with saturated tartaric acid solution,hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the sample was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The mass concentration of lead had good linear relationship with intensity of emitted light in the range of 0-2.0 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The detection limits of three kinds of digestion system were 0.007 8,0.008 7,0.003 6 mg/L,and the relative standard deviations of the results were 2.4%,0.9%,0.9%(n=6).The recoveries of standard addition were 96.2%-99.4%,96.7%-99.2%,97.6%-100.4%,respectively.This method is simple and accurate,it can meet the needs of rapid analysis.
