摘要
伴随着信息技术的飞速发展,我国开始实施创新型驱动战略,经济结构出现战略性调整,社会对高校的人才培养提出了新的要求。传统的高等院校教育管理存在的问题开始逐渐凸显,高等教育同质化趋势较重,高校教育供给创新乏力。高等院校需要转变管理理念、创立新型的制度、为高等教育供给侧结构性改革提供助力,解决当前高校教育管理中存在的突出问题,满足社会对高等院校人才培养的需求。
Along with the rapid development of information technology,China began to implement an innovative driving strategy,and the economic structure has undergone strategic adjustment.The society has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The problems existing in the traditional education management of higher education institutions have gradually become more prominent.The homogenization trend of higher education is heavier,and the education supply innovation of colleges and universities is weak.Institutions of higher learning need to transform the management concept,create a new system,and provide assistance for the structural reform of the supply side of higher education,solve the outstanding problems in the current education management of colleges and universities,and meet the needs of the society for the cultivation of talents in higher education institutions.
