摘要
建筑信息模型技术近年来在建筑行业获得了大力的发展,从根本上为信息化提供了变革的基础。装饰装修行业的BIM应用尚处于起步阶段,各方面仍在摸索之中。论文通过对装饰装修工程施工流程的梳理,搭建了装饰装修工程施工管理框架。通过项目实施验证了框架的效果,为在装饰装修行业推广BIM应用提供了指导,同时也发现了该框架在分包专业协同、装饰造价管理方面的不足,为今后研究明确了方向。
In recent year,Building Information Modeling has achieved great development in construction industry,providing a basis for the fundamental transformation of applying information technology in the industry.The BIM application in the decoration industry is still in its infancy,and all aspects are still being developed.Through the analysis of the decorative construction processes,this paper builds a construction management framework for decoration projects.The effectiveness of the framework is verified through project implementation and the guidance for the promotion of BIM applications in the decoration industry is also provided,shortcomings of the fra mework are found,especially in subcontractors' collaboration and decoration cost management,and the direction for future research is clarified.
