摘要
根据传统钟罩式气体流量标准装置的结构特点,结合当前检测或科研工作的扩展需求,设计可变工况型钟罩式气体流量标准装置,给出设计思路,包括可变流量范围、可变压力范围、可变温度范围、可变信号接收方式等方面,提出具体设计方案,以满足工作需求。有利于改进现有装置的不足,设计出功能更为强大的新型钟罩装置,为标准装置的产业化打下基础。
On the basis of traditional Standard Bell Porvers of Gas Flow construct feature, combining the daily calibration and research work needs,design the Standard Bell Porvers of Gas Flow^ with variable operating condition, give the design idea and detail scheme including the variable flow,pressure,temperature range and signal receive mode etc. which can meet needs. The new^ design can help improve the existing device defect and give the referencefor designing better Standard Bell Porvers which make the foundation for the standard industrialization .
