摘要
《医宗金鉴》是新安医学十大医家之一、清代乾隆年间太医院判吴谦奉旨编撰的大型中医丛书,本书对各科疾病均有涉及,对脱疽的论治是其特色之一,在病因上尤注重内因,主要责于饮食、房劳、药物三个方面;病机为湿热毒邪积滞,脉络痹阻不通,肢体失养不荣;治疗上提倡内外兼治,按照疾病的发展分三期四型来辨治,即初、中、末三期和湿热下注、热毒炽盛、气血两虚、寒痰凝滞四型,善于用药物内服及艾灸、割治、烫洗外治。
"Yi Zong Jin Jian" is one of the top ten doctors of Xin’an Medicine. According to the development of the disease, it is divided into three phases and four types, namely, the first, middle, and last three phases, and the injection of hot and hot heat, the heat poisoning, the blood-blood deficiency, and the cold phlegm stagnation. Good at using drugs and moxibustion, hot washing external treatment.
