关于变压器制造中绝缘电阻偏低的原因分析及对策探讨

摘要 无论是火电厂、水电厂还是核电厂,亦或是燃料电池,都会涉及到电压等级变换的问题。在电力的生产输送过程中,变压器是非常重要的设备,其能够实现电压等级的变换。目前我国的变压器制造业正处于一个蓬勃发展的阶段,技术逐渐成熟,但还是会出现许多问题,最典型的问题就是绝缘电阻偏低,这对电力的安全运行有着很重要的影响。本文主要介绍了绝缘电阻的基本含义,阐述了绝缘电阻的检测方法,分析了影响测试绝缘电阻的因素,并且结合个人的工作经验,给出了对绝缘电阻变化的应对措施,仅供相关人士参考。 Electric energy is the most widely used and the most frequently used energy in modern society.Modern society cannot do without electric energy.Whether it is a thermal power plant,a hydropower plant,a nuclear power plant,or a fuel cell,the voltage level change problem is involved.In the process of power production and transmission,the transformer is a very important device,which can realize the voltage level change.At present,China'transformer manufacturing industry is in a stage of vigorous development,and the technology is gradually mature,but there will still be many problems.The most typical problem is the low insulation resistance,which has a very important impact on the safe operation of electricity.This paper mainly introduces the basic meaning of insulation resistance, expounds the detection method of insulation resistance,analyzes the factors affecting the insulation resistance of the test,and combines the personal work experience to give the countermeasures for the change of insulation resistance,only for reference.
