摘要
为了能够提高自动补弹机构的效率,实现火炮内双层自动化弹仓同时补弹,针对现有自动化弹仓设计了火炮补弹机构的转弹器,对其工作状况进行了初步模拟研究,以验证该设计的可行性。通过构建转弹器的三维模型,进行动力学仿真,并对转弹器中的关键部件进行强度分析,在有限元方法的基础上完成了对转弹器的模拟研究。结果表明该装置能够在规定的时间完成指定的动作,实现弹丸的运输,满足设计指标。转弹器的设计和仿真验证对于优化设计转弹器,提高目前的补弹效率具有一定的参考价值。
This article takes the docking between ammunition vehicle and artillery as a background,describes one kind of new type of locking mechanism applied to the ammunition supplement mechanism,as it relates to the coordination between the parts of the ammunition supplement mechanism,so this article uses ADAMS software for dynamics simulation,and uses ABAQUS finite element analysis software for hydrostatic and modal analysis,the results show that simulation results with the theoretical data match the institutional performance.
