摘要
针对屯宝煤矿缓倾斜煤层综放工作面产量高、瓦斯涌出量大的问题,在对I011402综放工作面瓦斯涌出来源分析基础上,根据工作面采掘部署及瓦斯地质条件,提出了以采前煤层瓦斯超前预抽、回采期间边采边抽以及采空区高位钻孔抽采为主,通风稀释瓦斯为辅的综放工作面瓦斯综合治理技术,并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明,工作面瓦斯抽采率达到了60%以上,上隅角最大瓦斯浓度仅为0.42%,回风最大瓦斯浓度为0.36%,有效解决了回采工作面瓦斯治理问题,保证了工作面安全回采。
Aimed at the problem of large gas emission in I011402 fully mechanized caving face in Tunbao coal mine mining slowly inclined coal seam, coal seam gas comprehensive control techniques of full-mechanized caving mining face were put forward, based on the an analysis of gas emission resources combining with the working face mining deployment and gas geological conditions. The technical solution which combined gas drainage in advance, extraction adopted during extraction and high drilling extraction, and also union with ventilation to dilute gas was carried out. The results proved that, gas extraction rate of fully-mechanized caving work face reached 60% the above, largest upper corner gas concentration was only 0.42%, and largest return air course gas concentration was 0.36%.Through the implementation of the results, gas control problem have been effectively controlled so as to ensure the safety mining.
