商事登记已经成为当今法律体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分,从宏观角度,商事登记对维护市场交易安全、促进商事交易和稳定市场秩序起到举足轻重的作用,从微观角度,商事登记对确认商事主体资格、保障交易相对人交易安全更具实践意义。
Commercial registration has become an indispensable part of today's legal system. From a macro point of view, commercial registration plays an important role in maintaining the security of market transactions, promoting commercial transactions and stabilizing market order. From a micro point of view, commercial registration has more practical significance in confirming the qualification of commercial subjects and ensuring the safety of transactions between counterparts.
