摘要
首次提出在智能变电设备中建立以大数据平台为基础的红外测温专家系统用于故障检测与诊断,收集变电设备中元件的温度数据,将其与包括图像、运行状态、历史数据的数据库作对比,收集并整合为专家知识,开发出一种能够用于智能变电设备故障诊断的红外专家系统数据平台。与传统测温装置监测故障方法对比得到大数据平台网络系统能够快速准确地判断出故障发生位置与故障类型的结论。
In this article,the infrared temperature measurement expert system on the basis of the large data platform was first proposed to be used for fault detection and diagnosis in modular intelligent substation.By collecting the temperature of the components in the substation equipment data,and comparing with the database including images,running state and the historical data to integrate the expert knowledge,the data platform of the infrared expert system was developed to be used to equipment fault diagnosis in the intelligent substation.Compared with the traditional fault monitoring method of temperature measuring device,the infrared expert system based on the large data platform could determine the fault location and fault type quickly and accurately.
