摘要
伴随着全球化进程的深度推进和新一代信息技术的广泛应用,作为一种理念与实践活动的无边界教育、无边界学习逐步产生。文章旨在揭示高等教育全球化进程中从无边界教育到无边界学习的变革逻辑。通过对相关文献的梳理与分析发现,最初旨在促进高等教育服务贸易的跨国高等教育实践逐步确立了一个高等教育全球化的愿景,即建立无边界教育的组织与制度体系和构建支持无边界学习的技术与资源系统。要实现高等教育全球化这一愿景,既要建立面向所有人的教育需求开放的无边界教育体系与制度,也必须处理好面对面教学与基于新一代信息技术的学习形态之间的关系,以实现教育促进人的全面发展的内在追求。
With deepening of the globalization and wide application of the new generation of information technology, borderless education and borderless learning, as a kind of concept and practice, have gradually come into being. This paper aims to reveal the transformation logic from borderless education to borderless learning in the process of globalization of higher education. Through reviewing and analyzing the relevant literature, it is found that the transnational higher education practice originally aiming at promoting the service trade of higher education has gradually established a vision for the globalization of higher education, that is, to establish the organization and institutional system of borderless education and to construct the technology and resource system supporting borderless learning. In order to realize the vision of globalization of higher education, it is necessary to establish a borderless education system and institution open to the educational needs of all people, and meanwhile to deal with the relationship between face-toface teaching and new learning pattern based on the new generation of information technology, so as to realize the inherent pursuit of education to promote the all-round development of people.
