摘要
艺术文化设施集聚区是一种将几个艺术文化设施集中建设的区域,是城市艺术文化活动开展的重要公共场所。随着国家对文化越来越重视,在国内,艺术文化设施集聚区的建设从20世纪90年代进入快速发展阶段,多个城市均有集聚区的建设。该文对香港两个艺术文化设施集聚区(一个已建成使用,一个尚在建设阶段)的规划、建设及运营情况进行了阐述,并从公共空间、功能与活动、运营管理行为三个方面较为详细地分析了这两个集聚区的特征及集聚性,包括集聚区内公共空间的类型与层次体系,多元的功能和活动的开展,以及运营管理行为的统一和整体。在上述分析的基础上,探讨香港艺术文化设施集聚区在建设及管理上可供借鉴与参考的做法,包括对集聚区的整体性,紧凑的空间处理以及对活力的提升。
The art cultural facilities agglomeration district is an area where several artistic and cultural facilities are agglomerated,and is also an important public place for the development of urban art and cultural activities. As the country pays more and more attention to art and culture, the art cultural facilities agglomeration district has entered a period of rapid development in the 90 s of the 20 th century, and a number of cities have agglomeration district. We describe the planning, construction and operation of two art cultural facilities agglomeration districts in Hong Kong(a gathering area have been built, one is still in the construction phase) from three aspects of public space, function and activity, management behavior in detail. We also analyze the agglomeration of the two agglomeration districts, including the types and arrangements of public space system, multiple functions and activities, as well as the unity and the overall operation management behavior.On the basis of the analysis, we discuss the successful experiences of Hong Kong art cultural facilities agglomeration district which can be used for reference in the practice of construction and management, including the overall agglomeration, compact spatial processing and enhance the vitality.
