摘要
连铸坯压下技术已成为控制铸坯质量的重要手段之一。通过介绍轻压下技术、重压下技术、大压下技术三种连铸坯压下技术的发展现状、作用机理以及应用效果,分析了重压下和大压下技术在改善厚规格、大断面铸坯内部质量方面的优势。动态轻压下技术与铸坯凝固末端重压下或大压下技术相结合,将会成为未来连铸行业的发展趋势。
The reduction technology of continuous casting slab has become one of the important means to control the quality of slab. By introducing the development status, mechanism and application effect of soft reduction, heavy reduction and large reduction, the advantages of heavy reduction and large reduction in improving the internal quality of thick and large section billets are analyzed. The combination of dynamic soft reduction technology and heavy reduction or large reduction technology at the solidification end of billet will become the development trend of continuous casting industry in the future.
