摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病采用多奈哌齐治疗的临床疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响。方法纳入该院2016年3月—2018年3月精神科收治的90例阿尔茨海默病患者,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,各45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加以多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果观察组治疗显效率和总有效率均较对照组显著提高62.22%vs 40.00%,95.56%vs 77.27%)(χ~2=9.684、16.368,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的MMSE评分为(20.35±2.21)分,较对照组的(18.61±2.18)分显著提高(t=3.545,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的血清IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平分别为(1.79±0.33)ng/L (1.20±0.13)μg/L、(8.20±1.21)ng/L,均显著低于对照组的(2.21±0.37)ng/L、(1.75±0.30)μg/L、(11.21±1.19)ng/L(t=5.358、11.284、11.898,P<0.05)。结论对于阿尔茨海默病患者,给予多奈哌齐治疗效果确切,改善认知功能功能,降低炎性反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment with donepezil in Alzheimer's disease and its effect on inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our department from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was on the basis of conventional treatment added donepezil,compared the clinical efficacy,the simple intelligent mental state examination scale(MMSE)score before and after treatment,serum IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels were compared.Results The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(62.22%vs 40.00%,95.56%vs 77.27%)(χ2=9.684,16.368,P<0.05).The MMSE score of the observation group after treatment was(20.35±2.21)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(18.61±2.18)points(t=3.545,P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-1β,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were(1.79±0.33)ng/L,(1.20±0.13)μg/L,(8.20±1.21)ng/L,were significantly lower than the control group(2.21±0.37)ng/L,(1.75±0.30)μg/L,(11.21±1.19)ng/L(t=5.358,11.284,11.898,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with Alzheimer's disease,the treatment with donepezil is effective,improving cognitive function and reducing inflammatory response.
