摘要
目的探讨经尿道柱状水囊前列腺扩开术(TUSP)治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果及其对患者出血量的影响。方法选择本院2016年5月至2018年4月收治的92例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各46例。对照组实施经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术(TUPKEP),治疗组实施TUSP。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的留置尿管时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的并发症总发生率为8.70%,明显低于对照组的28.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的Qmax、IPSS评分及前列腺体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Qmax均显著升高,IPSS评分、前列腺体积均显著降低,且治疗组均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TUSP治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果显著,其可有效促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者前列腺功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral split of prostate (TUSP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and its influence on bleeding volume of patients. Methods Ninety-two patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received transurethral plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate (TUPKEP) and the treatment group received TUSP. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time of indwelling catheter and length of hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was 8.70%, which was significantly lower than 28.26% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Qmax, IPSS scores and prostate volume between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the Qmax increased significantly in both groups, while the IPSS scores and prostate volume decreased significantly, and those in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The TUSP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has remarkable clinical effect, that can effectively promote the recovery of patients after operation, decrease the incidence of complications and improve the prostatic function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
