摘要
以等离子体煤制气作为再燃气体,在一维加热炉试验系统上研究了再燃区温度、再燃区停留时间、再燃燃料比例、主烟气含氧量、再燃气体组分份额等因素对再燃降低NO_x排放的影响规律。试验结果表明:还原NO_x效率随着再燃燃料比的增大而提高;随着主烟气含氧量的增大而降低;随着反应温度的升高而提高,当温度升高一定程度时,存在热力型NO_x的生成;提高再燃区的停留时间有利于NO_x的降低,其最佳停留时间为0.6 s,研究结果为等离子体煤制气还原NO_x技术应用提供了研究基础和技术支撑。
With coal gasification of plasma as reburning gas, the effect of some key factors such as reburning temperature, residence time in reburning zone, reburning fuel fraction, oxygen content of flue gas and component ratio of reburning gas on NO_x formation regulation were studied on a one-dimensional furnace. The experimental research results indicate that NO_x reduction efficiency increases as reburning fuel fraction and residence time in reburning zone rise. NO_x reduction efficiency decreases as oxygen content of flue gas rise. At the same time, the results showed that prolonging the reburning zone residence time can help to lower the NO_x emission and the best time was 0.6 s. So the experimental results supply the theoretical and technical supports for the application on NO_x-reduction with coal gasification of plasma.
